ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicant to accept the English translation of Will dated 12.03.1966.

2. According to the petitioner, he filed main petition to grant Letters of Administration for the Will dated 12.03.1966 executed by Testator A.Munirathina Gurukkal. The said Will is executed in Tamil language, therefore, as per law he has to produce the English translated copy of the Will. Therefore, filed this application.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the Will was executed in the Tamil language and the translated copy is necessary to grant Letter of Administration, it is appropriate to allow this application. Accordingly, this Application is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the original petition, if it is otherwise in order.
