Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents and with their consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for hearing.
2. This writ petition has been filed by Mrs.Rajammal, W/o.Swaminathan, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to transfer her from Maravadi Middle School to Kollapatti Village Middle School.
3. The petitioner, after getting appointment as Noon Meal Organizer, joined duty on 22.11.1995 and got posted at Naganoor Middle School, Palacode Town Panchayat Union. Subsequently, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
16.11.2004, she was transferred from Naganoor School to Maravadi School, which is 14 Kms., away from her residence. Her grievance is that she should be posted at Kollapatti Village Middle School, which is half a Kilometer from her residence. This Court is not able to entertain this kind of Writ Petition, as the petitioner has to make such a request with the respondent. This Court, sitting under Article 226 of the Constitution, is not inclined to go into the question as to who has to be transferred to where. Therefore, the Writ Petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
