A No. 4004 of 2025 To set aside the exparte order passed on 28/10/2024. OA No. 813 of 2025 To grant permanent injunction against the 3rd Respondent and their men from in any way encumbering or alienating or in any other manner executing any documents with specific boundary in the suit property till the disposal of the suit.
OA No. 814 of 2025 To grant interim injunction restraining the Respondents 1 and 2 from conducting the auction sale of the suit property on 15/06/2023 as per the auction notice dated 09/03/2023 till the disposal of this suit. OA No. 815 of 2025 To grant an interim injunction restraining the 1st and 2nd defendants or the agents, servants, or subordinates or any person or person claiming through them, from bringing the suit schedule property for sale either by public auction or by private treaty, on 31/08/2023 or any subsequent date or dates through the 2nd defendant or any other auctioneer except in accordance with law till the disposal of this suit.

B.Nedunchezhiyan N.Vignesh COMMON ORDER Since the defendants have filed a written statement and the aforesaid suits are posted for framing issues, no useful purpose will be served if the aforesaid applications are allowed to be kept pending seeking to grant interim injunction. Accordingly, the aforesaid applications are closed. However, liberty is granted to the applicants to raise all the contentions that have raised in the aforesaid applications in the main suits.
Post the matter on 28.11.2025 for framing issues. Registry is directed to delete the name of Mr.M.A.Lakshmipathi, as the counsel for "The Purasawakkam Permanent Fund Nidhi Limited" in the cause list on the next hearing date.
