ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to implement the order dated 18.07.2001, passed by the Taxation Appellate Tribunal, City Municipal Corporation, Coimbatore in TAT 136/2000.

2. For the implementation of the order dated 18.7.2001, the petitioner gave representations dated 22.3.2008, again on 15.6.2010 and 21.8.2015. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents have not considered the representations yet.

3. Mr.K. Magesh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents may be directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consider the petitioner's representations, on merits and in accordance with law, within a stipulated time.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents to consider the petitioners representations dated 22.3.2008, 15.6.2010 and 21.8.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
