This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23538 of 2022 on 28.09.2022 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m.

and 05.30 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Jayankondam, on the 1st working day of December, 2022 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
