This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.321 of 2018 on the file of the 1 st respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that already the investigation was completed and the charge sheet was also filed through e-filing before the Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram on 14.11.2024 itself.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
