(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner being a native of Nandimangalam village claims that there are some community disputes between Adi Dravidars and the Vanniar Community living in the village. The existing ration shop is stated to be in a dilapidated condition and the proposal is to shift it at a new location out of the M.L.A.'s funds. It is alleged that this ration shop is sought to be located within the area of Vanniar community and a representation has been made in this behalf on 25.01.2016. 2.As to where a ration shop is to be located is within the administrative domain of the Administration and this Court cannot fix the place of such a ration shop. However, the location should be such that access is provided to everyone and any caste or community conflict is avoided.
3.In the aforesaid context, the representation of the petitioner dated 25.01.2016 be considered in accordance with law by the second respondent, after notice to all concerned and be disposed of within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of this order.
