No.107/4, Block No.I, Ward B, Madhavaram Village, Madhavaram Taluk and Chennai District in respect of which Award No.C5/017/2022 dated 25.07.2023 was passed by the 2nd respondent and to present such reference before the competent jurisdictional Court. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to make a proper reference on the application submitted by the petitioner on 14.03.2024 under Section 8 of Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) r/w Section 64 of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act 30 of 2013) with respect to the lands of the petitioner measuring an extent of 696 sq.m. comprised in TS. No.107/4, 2/6
Block No.I, Ward B, Madhavaram Village, Madhavaram Taluk and Chennai District in respect of which Award No.C5/ 017 / 2022 dated 25.07.2023 was passed by the 2nd respondent and to present such reference before the competent jurisdictional court within such time as may be fixed by this Court.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent, on instructions would submit that already reference was made by the respondents on the Application filed by the petitioner dated 14.03.2024 to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur.
