ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner made a representation to respondents 1 to 4 on 04.09.2019 , inter alia, alleging that the fifth respondent has illegally encroached the public land in Survey No.103/3 situated at Sivan Kovil South Street, Easwar Nagar 1st Street, Kodambakkam, Chennai - 600 024. As the said representation has not been looked into, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Though a larger prayer has been sought for, inasmuch as the representation made by the petitioner is pending consideration, we direct the fourth respondent to pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law after due notice to the fifth respondent. Needful will have to be done within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
