This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para No.4(b) of an order, dated 31.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16216 of 2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate - II, Sirkazhi daily at 10.30 a.m., till committal and thereafter, as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
