Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the application for Sub Division patta Transfer vide can No.133101110533096 and application No. 2024/0105/10/305538 dated 26.04.2024 and further to carry out proper comprehensive field survey measurement work for fixing the appropriate boundary line at the petitioner's land situated in Survey Field No.38, Aatayampalayam Village, Erode Taluk, 1/4
Erode District after considering the representation of the petitioner dated 11.09.2024 in accordance with law expeditiously within a time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to consider his application no.2024/0105/10/305538 and chellan No.133101110533096 dated 26.04.2024 seeking survey and sub-division of his property situated in survey No.38, Aatayampalayam Village, Erode Taluk, Erode District.
2. By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased the above mentioned property under the registered sale deed dated 11.07.2022. Subsequently, patta was also issued in his name by order dated 19.07.2022. Now, the petitioner 2/4
submitted on-line application on 26.04.2024 seeking survey and sub-division of the property and the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Mr.Arasakumar, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents would submit the on-line application of the petitioner would be considered on its own merits and appropriate orders will be passed.
5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the on-line application of the petitioner dated 26.04.2024 and pass final orders, after issuing notice to all the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
