The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am for a period of six months on 18.04.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.6634 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.3927 of 2024 in Crime No.169 of 2023 on the file of this Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
