ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.11.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had given a complaint on 03.11.2022 against one Arumugam and another by alleging that the said persons have created false documents and committed cheating and also abused him in filthy language. The grievance of the petitioner is that so far no fruitful action has been taken so far.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been initiated in CSR.No.548 of 2022 and after enquiry, the same was closed as the matter is civil in nature.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not been given with the notice of closure report till now.

6. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent is directed to serve a notice about the report of the petition enquiry and the petitioner, on receipt of the same shall either accept the same or file a protest petition in accordance with law.

7. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
