This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 5.30 pm for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for further investigation imposed in Crl.O.P.No.16022 of 2024 dated 16.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and nature of offences and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.

Accordingly, ordered.
