Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing this petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.

2.In view of the above, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed as not pressed.

3.While not pressing this petition, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requests to fix a date for early hearing of the appeal, taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is a young lady.

4.Considering the above, we direct the Registry to post the appeal for hearing on 06.08.2020. Registry is directed to make the papers ready in the meanwhile.

5.If the appeal is not taken up for hearing on the date fixed, liberty is given to the petitioner file a fresh petition seeking suspension of sentence.
