This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent Police once in a week by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11282 of 2023 dated 17.05.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
