This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner by considering the representation of the petitioner 1/4
dated 06.11.2022.
2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that petitioner is named accused in Crime No.1163 of 2022 under Section 406, 420, 323 and 506 (i) I.P.C. 3.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police. Therefore, petitioner is directed to co-operate with the investigation officer for the investigation.
