This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 08.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17557 of 2023 to report before the Flower Bazaar Police on every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
