ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 46 days in filing the appeal in OSA SR No.128717/2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 3.

3. Though the 1st respondent has filed a counter-affidavit, he has no serious objection to the condonation of delay. Although the name of the 2nd respondent is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the 2nd respondent. Furthermore, this Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

4. Therefore, the delay is condoned.
