This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for for committing contempt of Court for not obeying the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18387 of 2020 dated 05.01.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent that the order passed by this court on 05.01.2021 has been complied with. He has also produced the letter dated 06.01.2023 of the Respondent-Corporation to that effect.
