This petition has been filed seeking bail in Crime No.929 of 2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 4(1)(A), 4(1-A)(ii), 14(A) of TNP Act and Sections 318(4), 336(3), 336(4) of BNS Act.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner was detained under the Goondas Act (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, and he also produced a copy of the detention order dated 15.10.2024 in S.C.No. 36 of 2024.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
