This petition has been filed to relax the conditions that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further order imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21220 of 2024 order dated 30.08.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and nature of offences and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.

Accordingly, ordered.
