This petition has been filed to extend the time granted for executing the sureties as per order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17899 of 2024 by order dated 29.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit due to ill health unable to furnish sureties before the concerned Magistrate and also taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for another one month. Accordingly, ordered.
