The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that shall report before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Madukkarai, Coimbatore daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.19091 of 2024 dated 12.08.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
