2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that only photocopy of the impugned order was served on the writ petitioner. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to paragraph 9 of the support affidavit, which reads as follows:

''9. I state that on 9th August 2025 I was served with a photo copy of the impugned order by the 2nd respondent and I am filing the same before this Hon'ble. What was served on me had been filed....

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.
