This petition has been filed to amend the sections 303(2) of BNS r/w.4(1), 4A(1), 21(1), 4 of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 and 36(A), (1), (3) of MMDR Rules instead of under sections.303(2) of BNS r/w.4(1), 4A(1), 21(1)(4) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.21584 of 2024 dated 04.09.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order copy and issue a fresh order copy in Crl.O.P.No.21584 of 2024 dated 04.09.2024 to the parties. Further, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for another period of one month to comply with the conditions passed in Crl.O.P.No.21584 of 2024 dated 04.09.2024.
