This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode, in Dis.No.614 of 2020 dated 17.02.2020.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in Crl.O.P.No.16489 of 2017, this Court by an order dated 17.07.2019, directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in STC.No.5890 of 2015, within a period of three months. However, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode has sent communication dated 17.02.2020 in Dis.No.614 of 2020, narrating the sequence of proceedings in STC.No.5890 of 2015 and sought further time to complete the trial in the said case. 3.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant three months time to complete the trial in STC.No.5890 of 2015 from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 04.03.2020 lok 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
