ORDER

From the averments narrated in the petition as well as in the counter, it is found that the Civil Suit in O.S.No.81 of 2019 is pending between the parties concerned with reference to the property in issue. In such view of the matter, both the petitioner as well as the counter petitioner are directed to work out their remedy before the Civil Court in accordance with law.
