Crl.M.P. No.13510 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.12699 of 2023 P. DHANABAL, J.

The petition has been filed to relax the condition that 3.considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once on any working day at 10.30 am till filing of the final report and thereafter as directed by the trial court imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18813/2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12699/2023 vide order dated 29.11.2023.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
