O R D E R The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Subordinate Court, Sankari, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.60 of 2013 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this court is inclined to dispose of the Civil Revision Petition even without notice to the respondents.

3. The first respondent herein filed a suit for partition in O.S.No.60 of 2013. The petitioner herein is the first defendant in the suit, he filed his written statement as early as 12.12.2013 and the same was adopted by D7.

4. The perusal of E-Court entry furnished in the typed set of papers would suggest that D2 to D6 were set exparte on 11.10.2022 and the suit has been adjourned to 30.1.2023 for framing of issues. In view of the fact that the suit is for partition and it is of the year 2013, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit within a period of nine (9) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
