ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No.167 of 2013 pending investigation on the file of the 1 st respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent police submitted that the investigation is already over and the charge sheet has also been filed and the same has been taken on file in PRC No.39 of 2023 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vedharanyam.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

4. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
