Mr.P.Gurunathan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent of both the parties the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage, itself.

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2023, wherein and whereby he sought compensation for his residential land and building comprised in Old Survey No.188/1, New S.Nos.414/1, 413/12 and 413/13 situated at Porur Village measuring an extent of 1650 sq.fts. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation is not yet considered by the respondent.

3. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.09.2023 and pass orders, on Pg.Nos.2/4

merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
