O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) The grievance of the petitioner is with respect to the encroachment made in the railway property.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the Railways submitted that the area in which the alleged encroachment is sought to be removed comes within the jurisdiction of the Divisional Railway Manager, South Western Railways, Bangalore Division, Bangalore.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the above said authority. As and when such request is made, the aforesaid authority is expected to look into the same and take appropriate action either by itself or through its subordinate officials.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
