2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more, and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
