ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to give adequate police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner dated 23.08.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that in this case, the petitioner and the third respondent are mother and son. There are several FIRs registered against each other within the family members of the parties. In pursuance of the dispute, there was many FIRs namely, 1.FIR No.296 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 457 & 380 IPC, 2.FIR No.295 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 427 & 379 IPC, 3.FIR No.280 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(2) IPC & 24 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 & FIR No.281 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 447, 294(b) & 506(2) IPC have been registered.

3.At this stage, for compelling the petitioner with regard to execution of settlement, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 23.08.2022 against five persons, who are the family members, on that complaint, CSR No.702 of 2022 has been given and enquiry was conducted and closed the same considering the nature of cases, relationship between the parties and several FIRs have been registered between the them.
