ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Challenging the proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.754/2019/A4 dated 20.09.2019 and for a consequential direction to the third respondent to issue community certificate to the petitioner by mentioning "Konda Reddis" community which is comes under the Scheduled Tribes Caste List, the present writ petition has been filed.
2.Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3. Admittedly, the appeal lies to the District Collector against the order under challenge.
4. In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this matter as we will be made to go into the disputed facts. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the first respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As and when such an appeal is filed, the same will have to be disposed of by the District Collector, Thiruvallur within a period of six weeks thereafter.
