ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to C.C. No.361 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi and quash the same.

2. Earlier when this petition was listed for admission on 08.02.2017, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce documents and this Court adjourned the case to 22.02.2017 for production of documents. Again when the matter was listed on 10.04.2017, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time to produce documents and this Court again granted two weeks time for production of documents. Thereafter, learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any steps to proceed the matter further and the matter is still pending for the past three years at the admission stage itself. It clearly shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed the matter further.

3. Considering the circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
