This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent/police to execute the non-bailable warrant dated 02.12.2024 issued against the 1st respondent /accused, who presently residing at No.292/1, Pirabakar Nagar, Poombarai Village, Kodaikanal, Dintugal District in C.C.No.161/2017 and secure his presence before the trial court within the reasonable period fixed by this Court.
