ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Second Respondent herein to publish the result of the Petitioner herein bearing Enrolment No. 0203346 in respect of examination https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conducted by them for common recruitment for the posts of Grade II Police Constable, Grade II Jail Warder and Fireman 2019 conducted on 25th August 2019 and admit the Petitioner to undergo physical test in case he passes in the said examination.

2. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the Second Respondent permitted the Writ Petitioner to rectify the mistake and accordingly the petitioner also rectified the same and consequently the result of the Petitioner was declared and he was also permitted to participate in the next stage of selection process.

3. Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that the direction as sought for in the writ petition has been complied with by the Respondents and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, nothing survives further for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
