This petition has been filed to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police every Tuesday at 10.30 am for two months imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17243/2024 dated on 25.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner that there are some dispute while complying the conditions with the respondent police, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Sirkali, on every Monday until further orders. Accordingly, ordered.
