The petitioners herein apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section (420 of IPC) 318(4) of BNS, in Crime No.Not Known of 2025 on the file of the respondent police. 1/3

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the complaint petition is pending against these petitioners and the same is yet to be enquired.

3. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed, with a direction to the petitioners herein to participate in the enquiry process on receipt of summons. The respondent police shall complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks from today.
