Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating undated impugned notice vide No.5218/DCRS/B2/Encr./202223 issued by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the first respondent to conduct appropriate enquiry.

ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.R.Karthick Sevugaperumal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Ravee Kumar, learned Government Pleader (Puducherry) for the respondents.
2. The petitioner is challenging the meeting notice. In fact, meeting notice cannot be a subject matter of challenge, as it is not an order. Moreover, it is submitted by learned Government Pleader (Puducherry) that the petitioner participated in the meeting held on 20.09.2023 and the petitioner had agreed that on or before 25.09.2023, he would remove the encroachment.
3. As the petitioner has already participated in the meeting, no question of challenging the meeting notice arises now.
4. In view of that, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.29340 of 2023 is also closed.
