This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.1003 of 2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Adyar Police Station, Chennai and quash the same as against the petitioner herein.
2.It is seen that the FIR has been registered under Section 151 Cr.P.C. and now, the period has been lapsed and therefore, nothing can be done at this point of time to quash the FIR.
