These applications are taken out for passing final decree and for appointment of Commissioner for suggesting mode of division of partition of plaintiffs' 2/3rd share.

2.Court notice has been served on the respondent and his name is also printed.

3.This Court appoints Mr.C.Jagadish, [Mobile No.9840020507] as Advocate Commissioner, to suggest mode of division of the property. Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) has been fixed as remuneration to the Commissioner.

4.The Registry is directed to issue warrant to the Commissioner by 1st week of January, 2023.

5.These applications are allowed accordingly.
