This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Para No.3 of an order, dated 29.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.13505 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15230 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
