This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.7(b) dated 31.08.2023 imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19350 of 2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the completion of the trial.
