This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to take further lawful action based on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.09.2019 in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 05.09.2019 is missing, and as such if the petitioner lodges a fresh complaint, the second respondent will act in accordance with law.

3.
