By this application, the applicant seeks to raise the order of attachment issued on 21.07.2014 in A.No.1468 of 2014.

2. The applicant had availed of credit facilities from the respondent herein. On the ground that obligations thereunder had not been fulfilled, the respondent filed application No.1468 of 2014. In the said application, the order of attachment of the immovable properties described in the schedule to the Judge's summons was granted. On the ground that amounts due and payable under the loan agreement were paid, the present application is filed. In order to corroborate the said submission, the no due certificate dated 20.10.2022 is annexed.

3. The financial institution/respondent is represented through counsel. On instructions, learned counsel affirms that the loan was fully discharged.

4. In these circumstances, this application is liable to be allowed. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for by raising the order of attachment dated 21.07.2014 in A.No.1468 of 2014.
