O R D E R

The petitioner, who arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.07.2025, for an offences punishable under Section 8(c), read with 20(b), (II),(B) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.424 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. The Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested on 03.07.2025, for alleged possession of 1.200 kgs of Ganja.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and two others were in possession of Ganja intended for retail sale

4. The Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

5. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has four previous cases under the IPC and if released on bail, may indulge in similar offence. 2/4

6. Considering the fact that, this petitioner along with two others, were in possession of 1.200 kg of Ganja intended for sale to the public and the chemical analysis report yet to be received.

7. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for the present.
