This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.7(c) that the petitioner shall deposit his passport before the trial Court, which is imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21020 of 2023 by order dated 22.09.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since on 10.06.2019, the passport of the petitioner has been seized by the Bangalore Airport, Karnataka in Crime No.5 of 2019, he is unable to comply the said condition. Hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent Police.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21020 of 2023 by order dated 22.09.2023, is modified to the effect that the father of the petitioner shall deposit his passport before the trial Court and the father of the petitioner may also execute an additional surety for https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
